Apps & User Distribution from Qlik Sense Enterprise to Qlik SaaS

By using feature of Cloud Distribution I do connected Qlik Sense Enterprise to Qlik SaaS. Apps are published using distribution policies where as I have two major road blocks and needs assistance from experts:

1. While publishing apps its going to Personal space to Unknown user in Qlik Cloud. Requirement is to publish it defined Shared or Managed Space.

2. Post implementation of Azure AD to Qlik SaaS and Qlik Sense Enterprise the users in License Management are appearing as two different user for same email address.

Due to this Qlik SaaS is not able to recognize user from Qlik Sense Enterprise and even after publishing it to Qlik SaaS tenant admin cannot move it to respective Shared space.

For the 1st one, the app should go to the stage section at the first time and then could be published to the needed spaces. Kindly review:
