Got direct access- 4002 error in production for scheduled dashboard

Hi everyone, 

We have multiple dashboard in prod environment, They are all scheduled on some specific time for loading,

So in one dashboard reload got failed after 11 minute and throw this error.

Connector error: The Socket transport's send loop completed gracefully. (DirectAccess-4002))

Please Let me know why it occured and How can I solve it.

Hi @QliKor3, I have created case in customerportal in qlik and they are looking into this error.
I will update here if it is resolved. I don't know if you can open this case or not but if you can check it out.

Hi @williamandersson,  We are not getting this error anymore after updating to latest Qlik Gateway.
You can update to latest qlik gateway.
