How do I allow only specific users to access the app in qlik sense?

In Qlik Sense, there are two apps, a app and b app, in one specific stream. How do I authorize only a user and b user to access a app, and only c user and d user to b app?

Create a space, add the users you want into the space, and move the app to the space.

Is it Qlik Sense Cloud or Qlik Sense on Windows?

The suggestion from @Aasir will work in the cloud, the windows solution is similar but different. 

• Create a stream
• When creating a new stream a security rule dialouge pops up. 
• Define that security rule so it includes only the users that is to see the application(s). (Remember to press save 😉)
• If you have the app in my work then publish it to that stream. If ut us published elsewhere then you can move it from that old stream to the new one without loosing user created bookmarks,  sheets etc.
