Hi,
We are experiencing a strange issue. Our SaaS tenant has been live for about two years now.
We have plenty of professional users, but one of them does not have access to the Data Load Editor.
They have all the roles, including the developer role, but still, they have no access to the Data Load Editor.
Other professionals have fewer roles and less access than this user, and they don't face any issues with scripting.
This problem persists even in a copy of the app where the user is the owner.
How should we proceed?
