Qlik Saas Application size

Sorry to bother you here. But I really need help regarding the 5GB limit for applications in Qlik Saas.

The same application in Qliksense Enterprise took up one size and in Qlik Saas it occupies a relatively larger space, why does this happen?

The size reported in QSEoW in your 1.png attachment is the size of the app on Disk.  The sizes reported in Qlik SaaS are the size of the app in memory, which would be larger than the disk size.  in QSEoW, the "Base Memory Size" column on the QMC App screen should be close to the Qlik SaaS app size.
