2 have access and 2 dont

Hi,

I've given 4 people the same access, the domain name and ID are correct, everything done the same for all four people.

Two can see what they need to, two are access denied.

Any help?

Clearly something is not correct or is not the same, or it would be working. Since you haven't included any information, there's no way to guess what that might be, though.

Things to check:

* Custom security rules

* Correct section access

* If there's any data reduction, check that it is correct and that there's matching values for the users who can't access

* Create a temporary user identical to someone who can't log in, give it the same settings in the app ,and check if it can access the app

I have 4 users set up to see the same data.  2 can see it, two can't.

They all have the same domain and I've double checked their user ID.  Every thing is the same and correct for all 4, but two have access and two don't.
