4th business day of the month

Hello, 

I'm trying to get a count of a field for all values after the 4th business day of the month. I think there's a way through NetWorkDays but I'm not entirely sure. Any help is greatly appreciated.

May be this to determine the 4th business day of current month

=LastWorkDate(MonthStart(Today()), 4)

or 4th business day from a date field

=LastWorkDate(MonthStart(DateFieldName), 4)
