Accumulation over 2 dimensions in a Linechart

Hi

I want create a trendchart (per month)  where there is one line per country and an expression that contains the accumulated values over the month. I have tried various combinations of rangesum, above, and aggr but I havn't managed to do it.

So the X-axis should start with EnrollmentOutsidePeriod and then 201812, 201901, 201902, and 201903. 

The Y-axis should have a division between a calculation for that month and the calculation accumulated  up until that month. If I try to do it in a table, I can see why it isn't working. The rangesum groups the timeperiods first.

Any good ideas on how to achieve this? Note. It should work if I have a filter on Country as well.
