Active Directory user cannot login Qliksense Enterprise

Hello, I am working on a QlikSene project at a client company.

Users in Active Directory cannot log in to QlikSense.
The user is successfully registered by syncing the user from the AD server (on-premise) to the UDC's Active directory.
After assigning a license to a user, when connecting to Qlik on the user's computer, the connection is not possible.

In the Security tab of Internet Options, select 'Automatic logon with current user name and password' in the custom level of local intranet.
After registering the domain of the Qliksense server on the Trusted site,
--> When running both and connecting to QlikSense, the connection is made with the Qliksense installation account, not the user's AD account.

How can I solve this problem?

What error user is getting when accessing Qlik Sense hub/qmc? Is the user is active in QMC?
