Add some custom javascript

Hello,

I want to add some custom lines of javascript code global to Qlik Sense.
Is there any possibilility to do this?
The only thing I found is adding js to extension. But they are not global?

Any hints for me?

I think this isn't possible at all unless you start creating your own website and use widget to create so to speak custom objects
