Alternatives to send a screenshot by email

Hi guys,

I have a user who needs that regularly has to send a screenshot of a dashboard by email. Currently, it is a matter of twice a day taking the screenshot and attaching it to the email on PNG or PDF.

However, I am not surprised to hear the user wishing the task could be programmed and not having to go through those steps so often. I wanted to suggest nPrinting, but putting an additional virtual machine in the server and buying an additional license just for this little task seems difficult to justify.

Do you have any alternatives or workarounds for something like this? What do you think?
