An Error About "Unsupported file format"

Hi,

Are you using personal edition? I.e: Personal edition cannot open a document saved by a licensed QlikSense  client,

If you have QlikSense  Server you can lease license from that.  Thanks

I'm using Sense Server 2017 June. I got rid of section access.I also copied it，but did not change.

Is it corrupted file or file not successfully downloaded.
