App not found error message in QMC

Hi Team,

We are not able to duplicate any App in QMC. 
Business user and Qlik Admin as well not able to duplicate the app.
When we are trying to duplicate we are getting error message "App not found". PFA for your reference.
I am Using :
Qlik Sense Augest 2021
QlikSenseServer 14.28.3

Can you find the app in the Apps folder under the Shared folder?

Along with the suggestion provided by @Jack_Guo , could you also provide more details?

Is it for all apps? one specific app?

Do you see any DB errors in the logs?

Sorry for late reply.

Issue occurred due to windows patching. Once we rollback the patching issue resolved.
