Associate 4 tables by the date field

Hello, I'm trying to associate 4 tables in Qlik Sense that each have a date field. These tables are - Headcount Actual - #, Headcount Plan - #, Headcount Plan - $ and Headcount Actual- $

I need to be able to view all of the variances between these 4 tables in one visual and to do that I need to associate their dates so that I can use that as a common dimension and timeframe. The Plan tables all have dates through the end of the year, and the actual tables have dates through the end of February. The dates are all in the same format, the last day of the month MM/DD/YYYY.

My date fields are as follows:

Headcount - # - Actual Date

Headcount - $ - Date

Headcount Plan - $ - Period Year

Headcount Plan - # - Full Date

Essentially I want a bar chart to compare both plan to actual for both $ and #.
