Best Practice to add Tutorials how to Use a given Dashboard for Users

Hi Guys,

Right now we are looking in our Company for solution in which way we can add Tutorials how to use a created Dashboard.For Example we Created a Dashobard for our Finance Department with three tabs and each tab has like 4 Visualizations.

How do you Communicate in your Company to New Users how to Use a created Dashboard? Do you use custom tooltip for each visualization or do you user a hyper link which opens a PDF with a Description in it or do you have like a group Meeting with new User to descirbe in Person how tu use the Dashboard?

Any Advice would be very helpful!
