Best solution for using Qlik Insights on local App

Hello,

We have one local App (in Php Symfony 5) and I wanted to have a solution to integrate your insights on our local app. Our main office is located in an area where internet is not stable. So the deal is whenever internet comes stable, our database (MySQL/MariaDB) be synchronized and update new data into Qlik Sense, and then update the insights on Qlik Sense Cloud Insights and then on our integrated Qlik Insights.
