Best way to display Yearly static percentage values

Hello all,

I have Static data  Name, Actual , Target, and Year

Name is just a name

Actual and Target are Static percentage values

Year is year date

 

What is the best way to display them?

Please check the attachment..

Any suggestions or tips i can make the design more attractive?
