Border Color around chart objects (themes)

Hi, I'm trying to add borders on chart objects.

Is it possible to add borders on chart objects and not included to have a borders the textboxes, buttons, dropdowns, and input fields objects.  Is this read from a JSON or CSS file perhaps?  I could not find one and I have some requirements regarding how the chart objects should look.

I hope it is configurable!

 

I have tried to put in some code in the JSON -file instead, added this directly after object. (but no success). Any ideas?
