Calculating Age Based on Date of Birth

Hi All,
I need to calculate the age of the Employees as on today based on "Date of Birth" column which is available in the Data.

Looking forward for Solution suggestions .

This solution is correct if i select for current year and month, but it is not giving the correct Age for previous months and years. Example: As you can see in the ss we are getting the same values for previous year and for all the months of an Employee, However it is correct for the current year and month.

Can you suggest anything on this, Would be really helpfull.
