Calculating the Standard Deviation for based on Two Dimensions

I am new to Qlik, and any help will be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to calculate the standard Deviation. I want the group dimension to be FUNCTION. But it is calculating the entire population.

If I remove Name, the data returns a blank result.

Here is the formula I am using

=StDev(Total Aggr(Count(ID), FUNCTION, NAME). Thanks in advance

Thank you for replying. This issue is that I want to group by function based on the employee ID count. StDev(Id) factors the entire population.

That will give me their respective StDev. I want the StDev for the function as a group.

@urbanfaces Like this  Stdev(Aggr(Sum(ID), Function))
