I have Qlik Sense Desktop Running. Prior to 2.1.1+Build:22. We were able to to access QlikSense desktop via a browser on the same machine. We get a 404 error on one machine and a blank screen on another.
The documentation says we can do this as per here

Hello Taylor - just to clarify - Sangram provided the correct URL once Qlik Sense Desktop is running, you should be able to access the hub interface from a browser ON THE SAME machine ONLY.
If so and you are still receiving this erorr(s) / behavior - you may want to check you proxy settings in your internet properties to make sure that bypass proxy for local addresses is checked:
