Hi Guys,
Can i use variables to name column headers in tables? like you can in QV.
Thanks
Lak
I've read up that this basic common task is unavailable in QS, very disappointing that a basic common task is not available in QS.
Absolutely yes... put the variable in the label space: $(Variable)
That's the first thing i tried and i've tried it again, it doesn't work. I'm using a straight table.
Didn't work.

In QV, yes, you'd assume it will in QS, but no.
I might use text boxs above as column labels.
Not available.
Everything where you see an "fx" image you can change. Otherwise no.
Time to create your own table extension...
i tried the same, but had to give up this approach as Qlik sense allows the table to re positioned based on the device we are viewing the app.
i suggest use multiple tables with layout conditions
Take a look at this document for a possible solution Emulating dynamic labels in Qlik Sense
