Can't connect Amazon Redshift database to Qlik Sense Error

I am trying to connect a Redshift DB to QlikSense but I am getting the following error:

ERROR[08S01][Qlik][Amazon Redshift](10) Error occured while trying to connect:[SQLState 08S01] could not connect to server: Connection timed out (0x0000274C/10060) Is the server running on host "XXXX" (XX.XXX.XXX.XXX) and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5439?

All of the credentials are correct as I can connect via Aginity fine.

The environment I used was AWS Redshift serverless. The outbound and inbound rules were 'accept all'. It was also able to establish connections outside of AWS.

I had to open port 5439 on Redshift. Now if that still doesn't work. Add the qlik cloud ip addresses for your region to your Redshift security rules.

I know this is an old post, but did you ever figure this out?
