Can't connect to the qlik sense cloud engine (node.js)

Hi there! Since I am completely new in using qlik sense (cloud) and also in configuring web integration, I am extremely frustrated and confused by why I can't connect to an engine when following instructions on this page :  https://qlik.dev/tutorials/build-a-helloworld-extension-using-nebulajs .

Specifically, when I ran into this step, it asks me to add engine websocket url, so I followed the instruction of managing web integration (https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Admin/mc-adminster-web-i...) . Screen Shot 2020-08-09 at 11.59.18 AM.png

However, when I actually want to create a web integration through the console, I have completely no idea what "origins" should I put as "whitelisted". According to my understanding, I have tried to put the local host url in the list, and had something like wss://<tenant>.<region>.qlikcloud.com?qlik-web-integration-id=<web-integration-id> as engine websocket url, but then it just redirected me to my qlikcloud space instead of letting me choose which app or directing me to the developer UI page ....

Could someone please help to explain what is really happening here? Thank you sooooooo much!!!!!!
