Can we add Hyperlinks onto Maps in qlik sense

I am using Qlik sense Feb 2020 server cloud version.

I am using point layer in Qlik Maps which displaying the data country wise .

My requirement is on hover/click on a Point or country I want to open a popup kind of box which includes hyperlinks.(Please find the image attached. requirement is something similar )

By clicking those hyperlinks, I can go to another webpages. 

Is it supported in Qlik, if yes then how? 

Please comment your views on this. Any help is appreciated.
