Cannot download Waterfall chart as Image or PDF

Hi everyone, 

I have a waterfall chart in my Qlik Sense app and there are 3 options to download it as Image, PDF, or data. 

I was able to download the chart as data successfully. However, I run into problems whenever I want to download them as Image or PDF. First of all, it takes a long time trying to prep the chart to download. 

For Image, it will say something like "an error occurred. Please export again". 

For PDF, it will download but then that PDF is blank. 

Please let me know if you know how to solve this issue.

I would suggest you to create a simple app with small dataset.  Then test the download again.  It can be large dataset related.  If it still does not work, could you please share your sample qvf? Thanks.

Hello, 

Thank you for your reply. I tried with another dataset (not small) and it worked well. 

The test dataset has more data, but the calculations are not as complicated as my intended dataset. 

The first dataset has less data but a lot of calculations are complicated. 

Is that why I can't download my waterfall chart?
