When I start QlikSense Desktop and after I successfully login with my business account, it opens a window like a browser and it takes me to Qlik.com and I cannot open my apps.
I need help because I cannot access to my apps even if I try to drop them in the window.

It seems to be an issue in your network. Please follow below solution and let me know the status.
workaround is to open the software with the network down (e.g. in airplane mode on laptops), start the program, and then turning on the network again once the local hub is shown.

I updated to the June 2020 version, because the Feb 2021 version has troubles with something about master measures and my online platform where I update my dashboards, and it works fine.
