Cannot install Qlik Sense

When I try to install the Qlik Sense I receive the following error.

"The type initializer for 'System.Data.Common.DataStorage' threw an exception."

Installing on Windows 7, running on a Mac inside VMware Fusion 6.0.5. Ive been running Qlikview 11 in same VM for the last 4 years with no issues.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Hi Jason - are you using a 64 bit windows OS of windows7 ?   QlikView supports 32 bit but Sense is 64 bit only.

Here is my machine information, it is 64 bit. Service Pack issue?

I don't think so... You need admin rights too. Do you get the error right away or at the end of the install program? Also based on the text of the error.. Is there enough disk space?

From Jason's screenshot is 1 GB of RAM is sufficient for QlikSense?

Ok, I was able to now get Qlik Sense installed. I applied all the updates from Microsoft and boom, install no longer produced an error and progressed normally.
