Cannot load excel file to existing app

Hi,

I was continuously trying to load excel file to the existing app. But the message I got says very all data sources connected to the app. At the same time if I load the same file to absolutely new app everything works fine.

Do you have any ideas what might cause errors?

Thank you!

Elkhan

Hey there,

Can you please share a screenshot with the specific error?

Maybe what's causing the error is a Script Error. Did you put the same script from the existing app to the new one?

Check the suggestions in this post:

Best regards,

Hi,

Thank you for the reply. Please message enclosed. In fact, this app was created by a consulting company, so I duplicated it to be able implement some changes and add some data in it.

It seems that you have a problem with the connection that you've made in the existing app. Maybe you deleted the connection. Can you verify if the connection is the same when you're using the new one?

Hi,

I also tried to load with disable function (data profiling), this is the message I got.

Did you try to drag-and-drop the excel to the App? That way you can take the advantage of the feature in Qlik Sense.

Also, can't you change the app that was developed by the consulting company directly? If not when duplicated did you check if every path in the connection folders are correct and right?

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I have tried drag and drop, it does not work too. I also was using the duplicated version of the app. Looks like kind of bug ((.

I already contacted the company created this app initially, maybe they can assist.
