CanvasJS version higher than 2.0.2 not working.

Hi, I'm making an extension that uses CanvasJS to create a trellis and the version I used was 1.9.10 . Recently I wanted to upgrade to the newer version 2.3.1 but was meet with nothing but a white screen. No errors no nothing.

To figure what the problem is I decided to start a new extension with just the CanvjasJS library loaded and a basic example of theirs that comes with the download. What I discovered is that it works fine until the version 2.0.2 but after that I just get a blank screen, with no error or failure in any part.

If anyone could help me in this mistery I would appreciate it very much,
