Change Font and Color of Table Header in Qlik Sense

I believe this is one of the most frequently asked question but most the of the questions I found on the community are a bit dated. I am asking it again hoping that it has been solved now.

I would like to change the font, color of the title/header row in Qlik Sense table. 

I found the below question, but I am unable to find the place wherein I need to place the CSS code:

Please advise me if there is any extension, CSS setting which can help me achieve this .

Provided solution will work in Qlik sense enterprise windows

Short version: You can't change the background color of the column header except through themes or extensions. You can change the font color and size (assuming you are using a recent version) under Presentation / Styling / Chart / Header.
