Colour setting in KPI object (first / second measure)

Hi experts

I am using a KPI object with two measures. Now I would like to define the colour setting for the first KPI with the following formular:   =If([FirstMeasure]>0,RGB(0,255,0), RGB(255,0,0)).

But the colour is not set although the value is negative. RGB(0,255,0) is green, RGT(255,0,0) is red.
