Conditional layers in QlikSense Map Chart

Hoping someone can help. I have a map chart and I've set up conditional layers with buttons to switch which area layer is visible. However, the chart has now added massive layer description boxes at the bottom (see picture). I've got legends turned off and can't see any other option for turning these off. Does anyone know whether its possible to get rid of these. Really don't want to have to include side by side map charts.

Any help is most appreciated.

within the specific layers you can disable and enable to hide the calculation message.
