Connection failure for Microsoft SQL Server Management Console

I have tried using nslookup sift0035 but it shows non-existent domain? Do I need to recreate it?

One of the solutions if there is issue to link to database is to use that command but it didn't specify what to do if there is that message. But in the end, I reset the entire network and it is working because there is a change of group policy. Thank you for replying though.
