Connection 'monitor_apps_REST_user' not found when loading Operation Monitor app

Operation Monitor app is getting failed due to below reason:

The following error occurred:

Connection 'monitor_apps_REST_user' not found

The error occurred here:

LIB CONNECT TO 'monitor_apps_REST_user'

Please help.
