Connections or connect with my data?

Hi, What is the difference in Conections and Connect with my data in the option select data source in Qlik Desktop?

Hi Johnnatan

conexiones connect you to a folder already existing as a connection folder

here you have adh metodologia folder

this "connect to my data opening connection to files as excel web csv etc or to data connection from different type SQL IBM etc
