Convert Year and Month field like 2019 01 to string like 2019 Q1,

Please help me to get the out put for below

Data having Year and Month field like 2019 01, 2019 02 upto 2019 12. Now need to convert this into string like 2019 Q1, 2019 Q2, 2019 Q3, 2019 Q4
