If you are using Qlik Sense Business you can only use Qlik Account. If it's Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS then you have an option of choosing an existing identity provider (IdP)

Hi, maybe your license has disables to use of an identity provider, so follow the message and submit a case. Some months ago I had to do that with a tenant that comes from a test license.
Btw, I checked and I only the options for Interactive, Machine-to-Machine and multi-cloud, no JWT, so maybe you also need to ask to enable the JWT option.

I'm a bit stacked with this stuff. I understand the documentation and now I'm trying to use the JWT feature, but still cannot create an Identity Provided. When I try to load the identity provider page, I just see a blank screen with the message I posted before:
