Create new table showing only lowest value

Hi all

How do I create a new table that contains only the information associated with a minimum value.

My new table should contain the rows of  'List', 'Cost', 'Product', associated with the lowest value of 'Counter' .

Instead of using Counter as a dimension, create a measure of Min(Counter)
