Creating a histogram with a bell curve and vertical reference line

Hi Everyone,

I have a requirement where I need to show distribution in a histogram along with the bell curve. Another additional requirement is I also need to show vertical trend lines. I wanted to understand if this is possible in Qlik Sense. For better understanding, I have created a dummy look in excel.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

Histogram object does not support this, but you can try to do an workaround with combo chart.

Check this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q2QHhtvzbDc

Hi @Nicolae_Alecu , thanks for the help. I had seen this video. Just wanted to understand if the vertical reference line is also possible with combo chart?

Hello,

Yes, it's possible.

Add-Ons > Dimension reference lines -> Add Reference Line

Thanks @Nicolae_Alecu  for the help. I was able to get the below chart. Only one problem remains, one of the reference lines is going out of the plot area.

Now I understood, that for measure reference lines, you can solve this by adjusting the max/min values in the axis. But how do I solve this for dimension reference lines?
