Crosstable (transforming of table)

Hi Folks,

i got the following Situation, i am extracting a few tables from SPSS and my table does look like (for instance):

                         Country: Germnany

                         City: Munich

ID                    Name

1                      Test1

2                      Test2

3                      Test3

my issue is the above rows: Country, City. Is that possible to transform the loading table to achieve this look:

Dim1: Country                     Dim2: City

Germnay                                Munich          and then below

ID            Name

1              Test1

2             Test2

3             Test3

i have tried to resolve this issue by using of Functing: Cross Table but i didn't not achieve any results.

Does anybody have any idea how to resolve this issue?

Thanks a lot

Beck
