In the below image there is an scenario where BillPaid is 100,When selections ServeYear = 2015,ServeMonth = Dec and PayeYear = 2016, PayeMonth = Jun. But the total payment should be 150 since Rs.100 is paid in Jun-12 and Rs.50 Paid in Jun-20.So Summing it up i need to get BillPaid as 150
