I have created a new user in Qlik QMC of our customer environment and make it as a Root admin. After that I have upgraded the version of Qlik to latest one which is May 2021 patch2. Then I am facing slowness issue and data connections are not enabled for this newly created user after upgradation. What could be reason for the disabling of data connection and the performance issue. Kinley help here
If there is a security rule or Custom property is defined for the data connection access. how can we provide the same security rule for the new user. Kindly advise.
Check the existing user's custom properties related to data connections (if created any) and apply those values to the new user. Or, check for security rules of each data connection, you need to add a new user into those rules.
