i have data for (submit date) as Daily Ticket - Received and (resolved date) as Daily Ticket Resolved
i set format date as dd-mm-yyyy but the data shows in format dd-mm-yyyy and dd/mm/yyyy
issue occured when i'm upgrade qlik to the latest version 2018.. need ur expertise to help me.. sample as per attachment..

What is the exact script you are using?
Dimensions: "=[Submit Month]"
Measures: "count([Submit Month])"
What does this has to do with the multiple format you have in your dashboard?
