In the License summary page , there are certain users showing as 'Deleted Users' as showb below . For all these users, we are unable to deallocate the tokens . Please suggest ways to deallocate the tokens for these multiple deleted users

There is a 7 day cool period once license is de-allocated. After 7 days its available to reallocate.

Please contact Qlik Support. There was a bug in previous versions which can be cleaned up, but since it involves accessing the underlying database directly, it needs to have more assistance than can be provided by a forum.
