Deallocation of User in QMC

Hi All,

Today for testing purpose, we have provided one of the user a token in QMC using -

Start > License & Tokens > User access Allocations > Allocate.

After the testing has been done, we have tried to de-allocate the user, so the same token can be used by other user, but the status has been changed to "Quarantined".

We have tried to -

1.     Restart the services

2.     Delete the user

But when we try to deallocate again, it gives, "Restart QMC" error.

Please let me know your inputs for same.

Thanks & Regards,

MK

A deallocated token goes into Quarantine for 7 days, by design.

Hi Mrudul,

The token goes quarantine for 7 days. Only after that you will be able to allocate it to some one else.

Re: Deallocating/Reinstating Quarantined Tokens

this thread talks about a bug - something to be aware of if you are testing (assuming it hasn't been fixed)
