I have table with distinct values as below, I need to display all rows in the text box as below, thanks for your help.

load * inLine [
CCode,Month
USA,Aug-2020
CAD,Sep-2020
];

Expected Output in TextBox:

USA:Aug-2020 ; CAD:Sep-2020
