Dont want to see other rows in a table

Field 1, Field 2, shows me first 3

1,@,1

2,%,2

3,#,3

4,^,4

In table

Show me first 3 rows, field2

1,@

2,%

3,#

 ,^

How do I limit field 2 to only show just 3 rows and not 4 or more
