Downloading Pivot Tables on Different Sheets in 1 Excel File

Hi,

I have 5 Vizlib pivot tables on 5 different sheets and I would like to download them into one Excel file without going through different sheets

I tried container and it solved the second problem but I still can't download them as one file.

I am hoping there might be a way to do it.

Thank you!

I believe that this feature is not possible directly in Qlik Sense. Because you can only go to each visualization and export it as data file, which will generate the EXCEL document. However, as you already know, this means that you will have to go to each visualization separately, export it and then manually combine all the exported data into one file. Which is not an optimal solution for your use case scenario. The only way you can achieve this by exporting multiple Pivot tables, from multiple sheets in a single EXCEL file, is by using NPrinting. I would suggest speaking with your NPrinting administrator to get access to NPrinting, or request form someone that has access to NPrinting to help you out with the generation of the EXCEL report. Otherwise, you can create a new Feature Request [1], where you can share your opinion and explain in detail why this feature is going to help you and many other users as well.

I hope that this information was helpful.

Hello,

If my understanding is correct you have 1 app that contains 5 sheets and you have 1 Pivot table in each sheet. You want to export all the Pivot tables in one single EXCEL file. If I have misunderstood anything, please elaborated in detail to the use case scenario.

If this is your use case scenario, I believe that it is better to use NPrinting. From Qlik Sense you can only go to the visualization, click Right Click and download the data to the file. However, it requires you to go to each visualization separately and it will generate you multiple files. The only workaround is to manually combine those data into one after the export. If you want this to be done automatically, then you can use NPrinting, which will allow you to construct a report template in EXCEL, where you will be able to load and add all the Pivot tables from your app. Generating the report, will create for you a single EXCEL file that will contain all the Pivot tables from different sheets.

I hope that this information was helpful.

You got the scenario correct and thank you for your answer. However, I don't think I have access to NPrinting.

I am trying to find a way to solve it in Qlik Sense.
