After upgrading to Qliksense Jun 2019, we started noticing that all new users of Qlik are created with two accounts as below when they try to login.
Though second one becomes inactive after User Sync task is run as network ID is not there in QMC --> UDC file, The problem arises when the inactive account is still allocated Tokens. Now user ended up with two tokens one with active email address account and another with inactive network login ID account.
We are using SAML OKTA authentication. Under Virtual Proxies, email is correctly set as SAML attribute for User ID. But don't know why dummy inactive network login ID account is created for every new users along with Token assignment.
Anyone else faced similar issue?

I haven't, even though I assume that my site is far smaller than yours. Have you installed the patch? I'm not sure what's in it, but it's relatively recent and might help.
